Farm Bureau Insurance and our Salute to Idaho Veterans program is excited to announce the winners of the 2015 Veterans Day Essay Contest.
We’ve sorted through countless pages of heart-felt entries describing what their family members’ service means to them, and we’ve narrowed it down to two very talented writers:
- Kellie Laine Rich from Sagle, ID won the 10th – 12th Grade division
- and Ashley Jacobsen from Kuna, ID won the 7th – 9th Grade division.
Ashley will attend the Salute to Idaho Veterans Luncheon this Friday (11/6) to present a portion of her essay. Congratulations Kellie and Ashley!
