Loan Processor I
Position Summary
Provide follow-up and completion of all loan file documentation, follow, establish, and maintain insurance coverage on collateral. Provide customer service and support for other positions in the department.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels; in person, phone, email etc.
- Administer loans from application through payoff.
- Maintain, complete and ensure loan documents are accurate.
- Verify insurance coverage on collateral on loans.
- Provide support to and collaborate with other positions in the department.
- Use computer system for tracking, information gathering, troubleshooting and collaborating.
- Miscellaneous tasks as directed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Six months to one-year related experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Other: Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required.
