Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho will hold its annual meeting of the members on February 2, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the Company’s corporate headquarters at 275 Tierra Vista Drive, Pocatello, Idaho.
Purposes of the Meeting:
• Vote on Proposal 1 to elect individuals to the Board of Directors
• Vote on Proposal 2 to approve the Plan of Reorganization
• Transact any other business as may properly come before the meeting

Richard Durrant was elected Vice President of the Idaho Farm Bureau in 2019. He is the owner of Big D Ranch that produces sugar beets, corn, wheat, dry beans, peppermint, and alfalfa. He lives outside of Meridian, Idaho with his wife Denese. They are the parents of 7 children and 23 grandchildren. He has volunteered at the Kuna Fire Department, served on the FSA board and has been on several Department of Agriculture committees. The family is very involved with FFA and are happy to support any activity to do with agriculture and their local community.

Raised in a farming family, Jason always dreamed of being a cowboy. On his farm in southern Idaho, Double F, he raises forage crops, alfalfa, wheat, beef cattle and horses. He serves on the Idaho Farm Bureau board of directors and as chair of the Farm Service Agency board in Franklin County, Idaho, in addition to holding a seat on the local water board. Jason has served as the president of Franklin County Farm Bureau and was active in YF&R. Jason is currently one of 10 participants in the PAL-Partners in Advocacy Leadership Program through American Farm Bureau.

Rosella and her husband, Burr, live in the Upper Green River Valley of Auburn, Washington. Mosby Farms has a year-round team working to grow specialty vegetables for the Puget Sound region’s produce houses, grocery chains and food banks. Rosella’s involvement in Farm Bureau began with an interest to connect with decision makers regarding agriculture labor issues. Her work on behalf of farmers and ranchers has continued to expand. She has served many roles in her county and state Farm Bureau and is now serving as the Washington Farm Bureau President.

Bryan Searle was elected president of Idaho Farm Bureau Federation in 2015. He previously served as a director on the IFBF State Board from 1991-2015. President Searle and his wife, Mary, own and operate a farm where they produce potatoes, grain, and hay. They also partner with Grain Brokerage Co. Bryan and Mary enjoy their five children and 12 grandchildren.
Bryan was born on his family’s farm in Shelley, Idaho, where he and his five sisters and brother worked with dairy and beef cows as well as potatoes and other row crops. He has been active in many organizations throughout his life, including 4-H and FFA, where he served as a chapter president and sentinel for the district. He also was highly involved in the local and state Idaho Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Program. The Searles have crossed the state, country, and world for the betterment of agriculture.

Lyndsi has a degree in Business Finance from Idaho State University. When they aren’t working on the farm, they enjoy riding side by sides. They have been involved in Farm Bureau for ten years. They also enjoy camping.
