POSITION SUMMARY
Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho is seeking an individual with a desire to learn, grow, and provide leadership to make a difference in the Idaho Insurance Industry. The Business Analyst collaborates with the Business Users, Developers, Testers and other Analysts to gather and document requirements for our enterprise systems, e.g. Billing, Policy, and Claims Systems. At times, the Business Analyst may also take on a Project Manager role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Hold regular meetings with users, developers, and quality assurance

Gather and document business and system requirements

Translate business requirements into system and/or functional requirements

Work with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and applications and enhancements are developed correctly

Participate in end user shadowing sessions, debriefings, requirements validation, and user acceptance testing sessions as appropriate

Assist in planning and organizing work into project iterations

Track project progress and follow up on to do items for self and others

Miscellaneous tasks as needed.
